We provide a wide range of travel transportation in Malaysia with competitive rates and best quality of services.

TERM AND CONDITION

(The term and condition are subject to change without prior notice)

• Rates quoted are in Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) per vehicle per way/tour basis.
• Vehicles are subject to availability upon confirmation.
• A deposit of 25% to 50% from the total fare is required upoon booking.
• If deposit amount less than MYR 300, full settlement is required.
• The balance payment to be a made at least 5 days prior to commencement of services.
• An additional of 50% surcharge will be applies for pick up and drop off between 2300 to 0630 hrs.
• Credit Card payment will be base on Malaysia Ringgit and a 4.4% (e-commerce charge) + MYR 2.00 (service charge) will beapplied on all payment made via Credit Card.
• Maximum waiting time for transfer / tour is 30 minutes from the mentioned pick up time.
• The rates quote are Inclusive : Chauffeur service, Fuel, Toll, Parking fees and applicable gorvernment tax.
• The rates quote are Exclusive : Entrance fee, Tour guide fees, Extra hour, Mid-night surcharges and Waiting hour.

CANCELLATION TERM

Should the client wish to cancel after making their full and final payment, they will be refunded base on their cancellation date valid when the company received their cancellation request in writing (mail, email, facsimile).

The amount will be refund as follows:

• Deposit not refundable.
• Less than 3 week 50% of Total Tour/Transfer Fare chargeable.
• Less than 2 week 80% of Total Tour/Transfer Fare chargeable.
• Less than 1 week 100% of Total Tour/Transfer Fare chargeable.
• No refund will be made if you fail to utilize in full the items booked for.All confirmed booking, " No-Show " or last minutes cancellation are Non-refundable.
• A minimum administrative fee of MYR 50 will be applied.

HOW TO BOOK  ON LINE

• Bookings and enquiries can be in send to us via email or online Reservation /  Enquiry form.
• Fill up the Reservation / Enquiry form and on receiving your Reservation form. Our Team will inform you on your confirmation status with a price / quote for your tours / transfers within an hour to 1 business day (sometimes it might take 3 days if there are holidays falling on that week or weekend).
• In order to handle your enquiry or reservation efficiently, please provide detailed information such as Flight details, Date & Time and Passenger details Name list in full, no. of passenger (adult / child), number and size of luggage.
• Please get quote for the tours or transfer destinations no listed.

DEPOSIT / PAYMENT

• once the tours/transfers service are confirmed, we will send you an invoice & email containing a link where you can choose to make your payment by Credit Card (Master / Visa / Amex & etc.....) or Wire Transfer with other details for your tour or transfer services.
• A deposit 25% to 50% (depending on the tour / transfer booked) from the total cost or full payment is required to secure your bookings and the balance must be paid on / before the date assign later. (An email containing a deposit / payment link will be sent to you once we have confirmed your booking with an invoice attached).
• If deposit amount less than MYR 300, full settlement is required.
• All rates published in our website is nett & correct, after submitting the reservation form, please process to the deposit, we have clearly stated what the guest should do or not.
• The invoice will show the exact rates of the tours or transfer service ( if there is a discount for the tour / transfer service booked, it will show in your Invoice), what you have seen in our website. It won't be any different from what we have published.

• Payment via PayPal will carries a 4.0% e-commerce charge & MYR 5.00 (service charge) will be applied.
