HOW TO BOOK ON LINE
- Bookings and enquiries can be in send to us via email or online Reservation / Enquiry form.
- Fill up the Reservation / Enquiry form and on receiving your Reservation form. Our Team will inform you on your confirmation status with a price / quote for your tours / transfers within an hour to 1 business day (sometimes it might take 3 days if there are holidays falling on that week or weekend).
- In order to handle your enquiry or reservation efficiently, please provide detailed information such as Flight details, Date & Time and Passenger details Name list in full, no. of passenger (adult / child), number and size of luggage.
- Please get quote for the tours or transfer destinations no listed.
- once the tours/transfers service are confirmed, we will send you an invoice & email containing a link where you can choose to make your payment by Credit Card (Master / Visa / Amex & etc.....) or Wire Transfer with other details for your tour or transfer services.
- A deposit 25% to 50% (depending on the tour / transfer booked) from the total cost or full payment is required to secure your bookings and the balance must be paid on / before the date assign later. (An email containing a deposit / payment link will be sent to you once we have confirmed your booking with an invoice attached).
- If deposit amount less than MYR 300, full settlement is required.
- All rates published in our website is nett & correct, after submitting the reservation form, please process to the deposit, we have clearly stated what the guest should do or not.
- The invoice will show the exact rates of the tours or transfer service ( if there is a discount for the tour / transfer service booked, it will show in your Invoice), what you have seen in our website. It won't be any different from what we have published.

- If you are paying via Credit Card for the Tour or Transfer booked, please register a free account with PayPal.com
- Payment via PayPal will be based on Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) for credit card issued by Malaysia Banker.
- Payment via PayPal will be based on US Dollar (USD) for credit card issued by foreign banker.
- Payment via PayPal will carries a 4.0% e-commerce charge & MYR 5.00 (service charge) will be applied.
- Never send credit card details by emails or from unsecured websites.
BANK / WIRE TRANSFER - Direct deposit to our bank account.
CHEQUE - For Malaysian & resident of Malaysia only.
